For over 18 years, he has passionately and professionally dedicated himself to everything related to Vespa, from buying and selling classic models to restoring them and bringing them back to their original condition.

What stands out in his approach is his preference for conservation over restoration. While others may be quick to fully restore Vespa’s, he believes in preserving the original parts and appearance as much as possible. For him, the most important thing is to ensure that the mechanics are in perfect working order, so the Vespa’s can ride safely and smoothly without losing their authenticity.

Over the years, De Vespa Garage has become a well-known name among Vespa enthusiasts, not only for its technical expertise but also for Joep’s passion in carefully and lovingly bringing each scooter back to life. In 2024, it’s time for something new. Over the years, Joep build up a collection that includes not only Vespa’s but also classic cars, vintage furniture, and unique discoveries.
