Vespa 50 Super Sprint / 1971
The Vespa SS50 Super Sprint from 1971 is a remarkable model, with only 2,525 units produced. Due to its high price, not many were sold, making the SS50 highly sought after by collectors. This model was intended for export markets and featured a two-seat saddle with a hinged front section. It is the 50cc version of the 90 SS and has a distinctive elongated chrome exhaust. Additionally, the spare wheel is mounted vertically on the platform and it comes with a practical dashboard compartment. These features, along with an impressive top speed of 70 km/h, contribute to the unique appearance and historical value of the SS50.
